Senior Project Lead Opportunity

X4 Communications is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and mentor junior project management staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall project efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project success.
  • Develop and implement cost proposals for clients, working closely with senior team members to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • 7-8+ years of project management experience in a medical communications agency setting, with a strong background in live meetings and event management.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
