About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Principal to join our Northern Ontario team at Colliers Project Leaders. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets to drive business growth
  • Lead a team of Project Leaders and foster a culture of quality and excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop innovative strategies to expand services in the local market
  • Drive commercial acumen and be a thought leader in the community
  • Participate in business development and networking activities to grow the business and recruit top talent

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations leadership and business unit growth, preferably in professional services
  • Professional industry credentials or MBA (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience)
  • Experience managing a portion of a high-growth P&L to Plan
  • Clear understanding of a professional services business model, including workforce composition and resource management strategies, risk management strategies, and commercial strategies
