NielsenIQ est à la recherche d'un Analyste de la livraison aux clients détaillants pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant qu'analyste, vous travaillerez en collaboration avec nos clients détaillants pour fournir des informations analytiques précises et des analyses spéciales. Vous serez chargé de préparer des résumés de données et des analyses qui aideront nos clients à prendre des décisions éclairées.

Vous devrez également prendre des mesures pour améliorer la qualité de nos services et augmenter l'efficacité interne. Nous recherchons quelqu'un qui est passionné par le service à la clientèle, qui possède de solides compétences interpersonnelles et qui est capable de travailler dans un environnement dynamique.

Compétences requises

  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics or related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team oriented
  • Passion for customer service
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to demonstrate insightful data analysis by turning raw information into insights
  • Loves to work with data and has a passion for finding insights from it
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, good logic and time management skills
