Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in providing analytical insights to our Retailer clients through the preparation of data summaries and special analyses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare data summaries and special analyses to provide insights to Retailer clients
  • Take action to enhance quality for our clients and improve efficiency internally
  • Work collaboratively with a team environment to achieve common goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Retailer clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Passion for customer service and ability to provide excellent client support
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to turn raw data into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
