Senior Internal Audit Manager

Job Summary:
CB Canada is seeking an experienced Senior Internal Auditor to support the Manager Internal Audit and lead teams in internal audit. The ideal candidate will have strong auditing skills and be able to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in department planning sessions to assist in developing an audit plan and risk assessment
- Lead audit teams and manage assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
- Analyze data, prepare work programs, and provide value-added recommendations to improve business processes and mitigate risks
- Communicate effectively with the team and maintain professional standards, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Actively participate in team discussions and build networks with managers and employees to foster a collaborative work environment
- Maintain technical skills and perform other administrative tasks as assigned, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Certified Internal Auditor designation (CIA) required, with additional designations such as CPA or CISA being beneficial
- Proven experience leading teams and managing projects, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
