Admissions Compliance Specialist

As an Admissions Auditor at LCI Education, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the rigorous application of admission regulations and the compliance of candidates' files. Your responsibilities will include assessing student eligibility, managing data in the education system, and generating enrollment contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the application of the regulation respecting the college studies regime and the admission regulation in the student admission process;
  • To ensure that the records of applicants to programs of study are consistent with respect to the establishment of citizenship status;
  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of the data recorded in the Admissions module of the Clara Instructional Management System;
  • Judge the eligibility of candidates for the programs of study and submit any ambiguous situation to the Admissions Department;
  • Record student information and update it in the Clara database;
  • Rigorously manage student files during the admissions process;
  • Generate student contracts as part of their registration process;
  • Retrieve data from the Ministry's systems (Ariane, Socrates and Charlemagne) in order to evaluate the file of potential students.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Demonstrate autonomy and discretion (given the confidential nature of the information to be processed);
  • Bilingualism French - English;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • College experience (asset);
  • Experience in customer service (an asset);
  • Availability in the evenings during special events (Open House, Back to School, etc.).

This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
