About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling production printing equipment and related materials, consumables, and supplies to small to medium-sized businesses in the Greater Toronto Area and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell production printing equipment and related materials, consumables, and supplies to new and existing customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition
- Minimum 1-2 years of printing-related sales experience
- Strong knowledge of printing equipment and related materials, consumables, and supplies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
