About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Portfolio Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client account openings, responding to inquiries, and preparing documents for annual review meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the client account opening process, including preparation of documents and overseeing transfers
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and proactive manner
  • Prepare documents for annual review meetings on behalf of Portfolio Managers
  • Record, track, and oversee the completion of all tasks associated with clients of the Portfolio Manager
  • Prepare routine client correspondence and reporting
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Solid understanding of the various account types available for Canadian investors
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional working proficiency in English
