Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager Associate to join our team in Project and Energy Transition Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of project finance transactions across various industries and asset classes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the portfolio management of project finance transactions, including analysis, negotiation, and execution of complex amendments and waivers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, credit teams, and operations teams to ensure seamless portfolio management.
  • Prepare and present portfolio reviews to senior portfolio managers, highlighting key risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to ensure the portfolio remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project finance origination or portfolio management, with a proven track record of analyzing complex transactions.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and ability to analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
