We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Devsinc. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the North American market.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, managing hiring exercises, scheduling interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process.
  • Lead the recruitment team build-out, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Business Officer to ensure the recruitment strategy supports overall business objectives.
  • Successfully fill 5 to 15 roles within the first year, focusing on high-quality hires that meet the company's needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the technology or software development sector.
  • Strong understanding of the North American job market and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in building and leading recruitment teams.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
