Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the North American market.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, managing hiring exercises, scheduling interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process.
- Lead the recruitment team build-out, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Chief Business Officer to ensure the recruitment strategy supports overall business objectives.
- Successfully fill 5 to 15 roles within the first year, focusing on high-quality hires that meet the company's needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the technology or software development sector.
- Strong understanding of the North American job market and recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in building and leading recruitment teams.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
