Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Co-op Video Production Specialist to join our Marketing team. As a Co-op Video Production Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting with video content creation, pre-production, studio and digital production, post-production, and working with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in video content creation, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and editing
  • Support the video pre-production process, including research, planning, and coordination
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to develop video concepts and storylines
  • Assist in studio and digital production, including camera operation, lighting, and sound
  • Work on post-production tasks, such as editing, visual effects, and color correction
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a video production, broadcasting, digital media, marketing, or communications program
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time management
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
  • Basic knowledge of video production software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Experience with motion graphics, 3D modeling, or animation is an asset
