Customer Service Representative

Lifemark is a physiotherapy and rehab organization that employs a multi-disciplinary and holistic approach to provide our patients with the highest level of quality and compassionate care.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and staff. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized office environment
- Collaborate with the office manager and clinic director to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
