- Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining high levels of precision and attention to detail.
- Transfer data between software systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal errors.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
- Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Perform backup procedures to ensure data preservation and prevent loss.
- Perform general office duties, including administrative tasks and support.
- Create digital records using a scanner, ensuring high-quality and accurate documentation.
- Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with repetitive tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
