Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Time Management: Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
