Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary:

This position provides inbound telephone customer support and determines the nature of the call or inquiry. The role involves communicating with internal/external customers on a daily basis via phone, fax, and email. The position also involves inputting and processing shipments, domestic and international, in accordance with UPS and local government policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Input data accurately and efficiently into UPS systems
  • Check and forward legal documentation as required
  • Provide administrative support to the management team

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and typing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shift hours, including early morning shifts

Location: Caledon Hub, 12424 Dixie Rd

Pay Rate: $15.83/hr
