Job Summary

Chip Cleaning Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and clean environment for employees and visitors
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees
  • Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees by facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.
Support for Youths
  • Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth
  • Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth
Support for Indigenous People
  • Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people
  • Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English
