About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at RITA SALES ITF A. SALES. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the client's physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry, maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in an urban area and relocate as needed.
  • First Aid Certificate and Personal Support Worker Certificate.
