Senior Sales Professional for North America

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our team in the North American market. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Job Summary:
- Position the value of Agorapulse's software with medium-sized businesses
- Educate and guide prospects through the buyer's journey to help them understand how Agorapulse can drive their social media growth
- Identify and prospect into good-fit accounts that may or may not have Agorapulse knowledge or experience
- Manage a pipeline of both inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
- Dissect and qualify prospects' business goals to determine if Agorapulse is a strategic investment for their business growth
- Closing business with new customers at or above the quote level
- Partner with the marketing department to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
- Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future
About You:
- You have over 2 years of full-cycle sales experience from prospecting to closing new business
- You have a strong hunter mentality with a proactive approach to attracting new clients through varied outbound methods
- You have an open mindset focused on persistence, resilience, and are highly coachable
- You can work autonomously while effectively communicating with internal teams remotely
- You maintain a positive outlook, growth mindset, and take full responsibility for both your successes and failures
- You excel in consultative selling and closing, focusing on outcome-based conversations rather than just the product
- You demonstrate top-tier organizational skills following a repeatable sales process
- You're currently a top performer in your role
- You have a sharp focus on your goals, believing that your daily, weekly, and monthly activities will drive you to achieve them
