Landscape Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Construction Manager to join our team at Jun Landscaping & Construction Corp. in Jun. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of landscape construction projects.

Job Summary

This is a permanent position that requires 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscape construction management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of landscape design principles.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Responsibilities
  • Direct planting of trees, gardens, and lawns
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff
  • Organize planting of trees, gardens, and lawns
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials
  • Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls
  • Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work
  • Read blueprints and drawings
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscape construction management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of landscape design principles
