Job Summary

We are hiring Tractor/Loader and Sidewalk Tractor Operators for the Winter Season. Our team is focused on efficient clearing and de-icing, working on-call, often overnight, contingent on winter conditions. Candidates must be available on short notice, round the clock, to service commercial, industrial, and institutional properties.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency calls for snow removal during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.
  • Safely operate equipment on parking lots and paved areas.
  • Efficiently move snow to designated areas, maintaining clean sites and ensuring no property damage.
  • Accurately read site maps and route books (LMN).
  • Input daily accurate timesheets into your mobile device (LMN).

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid and clean G class driver's license if operating Salters/4x4 Plow/Sidewalk Crew Truck.
  • Previous experience in operating snow removal equipment and/or tractor/loaders & salters is an asset.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Compensation and Bonus

Salary: $25 to $32 per hour, based on experience.

Bonus: Perfect attendance bonus at the end of the Winter Season, extra $$ for working over holidays.
