Job Title: Motor Vehicle Repair Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motor Vehicle Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at New Millenium Tire Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure efficient completion.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance employee skills.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and operations.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

The Motor Vehicle Repair Shop Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
