Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motor Vehicle Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at New Millenium Tire Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are equipped to provide top-notch vehicle repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our technicians and support staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary materials to complete repairs and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and efficiency in the shop.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that our sales goals are met.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the shop.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
