Job Title: Accounting and Financial Control Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Financial Control Manager to join our team at CANADA LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions
  • Coordinate financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
  • Direct staff and evaluate daily operations
  • Motivate staff and plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
  • Train staff and establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Design and manage investment strategies and monitor financial control systems
  • Manage contracts and oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
  • Advise senior management and lead groups

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and other relevant software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
