Job Title: Accounting and Financial Control Chief

Canada Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Financial Control Chief to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions
  • Coordinate financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
  • Direct staff and evaluate daily operations
  • Motivate staff and plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
  • Train staff and establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Design and manage investment strategies and monitor financial control systems
  • Manage contracts and oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and advise senior management
  • Leading/instructing groups and utilizing business intelligence tools
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and systems, including GAAP, Hyperion, and SAP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
