Job Title: Accounting and Financial Control Chief

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting and Financial Control Chief to join our team at CANADA LTD.

Job Summary:

The Accounting and Financial Control Chief will be responsible for coordinating the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance. This role will involve assigning financial projects and activities to workers, directing staff, and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions
  • Coordinate the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
  • Direct staff and evaluate daily operations
  • Motivate staff and plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan and organize daily operations and review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
  • Train staff and establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Design and manage investment strategies and monitor financial control systems
  • Manage contracts and oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and advise senior management
  • Leading/instructing groups and utilizing computer and technology knowledge
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • Tight deadlines and attention to detail
  • Large caseload and large workload
  • Accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, team player, values and ethics, and flexibility
