Job Title: Truck and Coach Technician

We are seeking a skilled Truck and Coach Technician to join our team at Pepco Corp.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on commercial transport trucks and trailers, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
  • Test and adjust units to specifications
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
  • Coach and instruct apprentices in the maintenance and repair of commercial transport trucks and trailers
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Work Environment:
