Parts and Service Advisor

Peterbilt of Kapuskasing is currently seeking a Parts and Service Advisor to join our team. The Parts and Service Advisor communicates directly with customers, managing their needs and expectations regarding commercial service maintenance and repairs. This role is the link between the technician and the customer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a customer-focused environment.
- Monitoring technical work performed on vehicle to ensure the effectiveness of the repairs.
- Manages warranty administration.
- Ensure accurate costing and crediting for all received and returned parts.
- Any other related tasks and duties.

Education and Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years' experience in a similar role or trucking industry related
- High school diploma required
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Effective administrative capabilities
- Truck and Mechanical knowledge
- Bilingualism is an asset
