Job Summary:

SUN PHARMA is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator I to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating equipment, performing machine changeovers, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate equipment for production processes, including Glatt fluid bed processor, Granulation, Blending, Compression Coating, Imprinting, Banding, and Encapsulation.
  • Perform machine changeovers, cleaning, and setup as required.
  • Troubleshoot and make adjustments to maintain production specifications.
  • Ensure quality standards during the manufacturing process.
  • Complete manufacturing documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain compliance with SOPs and cGMPs.
  • Perform duties safely and efficiently, following OSHA regulations and equipment manuals.

Work Conditions:

Manufacturing/production/laboratory environment with exposure to noise, fumes, odors, gases, dust, and hazards.

Requirements:

  • High School/Trade School/Vocational School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of production/manufacturing experience, including experience in primary production processes.
  • Experience in Glatt fluid bed processor, Granulation, Blending, Compression Coating, Imprinting, Banding, or Encapsulation.
  • Forklift or related equipment certification a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Good knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
  • Good knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety procedures.
  • Good math and computer skills, including MS Office and SAP experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic English language proficiency (A2 level).
