Role Summary: As a Home-Based Speech Therapist at Closing the Gap Healthcare, you will work independently with adult clients in their homes, using a variety of therapy skills to improve their communication and well-being. This role offers flexibility and autonomy, with a focus on delivering high-quality care in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide assessments and design personalized care plans for adult clients
* Partner with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to achieve client goals
* Utilize a hybrid model of care, including face-to-face and virtual sessions, to build a schedule that suits your needs

Requirements:
* Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Speech Language Pathology
* Current active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
* Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
* Excellent communication, analytic, and organizational skills
