About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Worker to join our team at SPRUCE GARDEN LTD. as a key member of our outdoor horticulture team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and maintaining gardens, lawns, and trees.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and pruners.
  • Perform manual labor tasks, including raking, collecting refuse, and handling heavy loads.
  • Work at heights and in outdoor environments, with exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens, and apply fertilizers as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with manual dexterity and ability to bend, crouch, and kneel.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Availability to work 32 hours per week.
