The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team in the North Bay and Sturgeon Falls Areas.

This is a Part-Time position that offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist with CarePartners, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, coordination, supervision, and coaching to Community Support Workers in the field.

You will be responsible for professional assessment of patients in the community and in their homes, developing and maintaining effective Care Plans, and working collaboratively with the care team to achieve patient outcomes.

Your expertise will also be utilized to promote independence in clients' daily lives, provide guidance on workplace Health and Safety, and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university
  • Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Proven computer skills, including email, MS Word, and Outlook, work scheduling systems
  • Strong assessment skills and the ability to participate in effective treatment programs
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
