About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Vice President to join our team at Pacific Rim Shellfish (2003) Corp. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Objective Setting: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Work Environment: Work Term: Permanent. Work Language: English. Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
