We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Vice President to join our team at Pacific Rim Shellfish (2003) Corp. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in strategic operations, regional development, and executive management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Lead and manage a team of senior executives to achieve organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, establish departments, and coordinate regional operations
  • Establish and communicate organizational objectives, policies, and programs to ensure alignment and success
  • Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and other high-level engagements
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years or more of experience in a senior executive role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Work Environment:
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
  • 32.5 hours per week
