Position Overview

The role of the Regional Vice President at Pacific Rim Shellfish (2003) Corp. is pivotal in steering the organization towards its strategic goals. This position demands a dynamic leader who can effectively manage resources and guide various departments to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, Thai, Cantonese, or Korean is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and organize the formation of key departments and senior staff roles.
  • Coordinate activities across regions, divisions, or departments to enhance collaboration.
  • Set objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as a representative of the organization in negotiations or official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel, ensuring optimal working conditions.
Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is essential.
  • This is a permanent position.
  • The working language is English.
  • Work hours are set at 32.5 hours per week.
