We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land Development Project Manager to join our team at GEI Consultants. As a key member of our land development infrastructure and water resources team, you will be responsible for managing residential subdivision and site plan developments from preliminary design through construction and assumption.
Key Responsibilities- Preliminary draft plan of grading, drainage, and servicing design plans for land development
- Stormwater management system design, analysis, and reporting
- Manage residential subdivision and site plan developments from preliminary design through construction and assumption
- Conceptual, preliminary, and detailed engineering design for various land development projects
- Coordinate with and utilize technical resources within the land development group as project demands
- Preparation and review of engineering drawings sets, technical memos, reports, construction plans, and specifications
- Attend and plan construction meetings and track contractor productivity and schedule
- Experience with managing residential subdivision and/or ICI developments
- Experienced with standard analysis programs, Microsoft Office programs, and other associated programs as desired
- Basic knowledge of site grading, servicing, and stormwater management design process
- Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle with valid registration and insurance
- Experience with writing and reviewing technical reports
