Food Services Manager

Pita Land is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits
- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer loyalty
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service management role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
