We are seeking a skilled Augmented Reality Software Engineer to join our team at Pari Schulen. As an AR Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AR applications and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative AR applications and experiences using platforms like ARKit, ARCore, Unity 3D, or other AR development tools.
  • Create and integrate 3D models, animations, and assets into AR applications to provide interactive and engaging user experiences.
  • Implement tracking and recognition technologies to enable AR apps to detect and interact with real-world objects and environments.
  • Design intuitive and user-friendly AR interfaces, ensuring a seamless blend of digital and real-world elements.
  • Optimize AR applications for performance and compatibility across different devices, including smartphones, tablets, and AR glasses.
  • Thoroughly test AR applications to identify and fix bugs, glitches, and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, 3D artists, and product managers, to bring AR projects from concept to completion.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AR technologies and trends, and apply them to improve AR experiences.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of code, processes, and project progress.
  • Rapidly prototype AR concepts to explore feasibility and gather user feedback for refinement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, game development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in using AR development tools and platforms like Unity 3D, ARKit, ARCore, Vuforia, or similar.
  • Experience with 3D modeling and animation software, such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
  • Familiarity with computer vision, image recognition, and tracking technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AR technology.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in AR app development and a portfolio of AR projects is a plus.
Working Conditions:
  • AR Software Engineers typically work in office environments or studios.
  • May require occasional travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.
  • Flexible work hours may be necessary to accommodate project deadlines.
