Agilus Work Solutions is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects in the GTA area. This role involves overseeing entire construction projects, managing budgets, labor, equipment, materials, and safety protocols.

A Typical Day:
  • Directing project execution according to design specifications, schedules, and plans.
  • Managing project performance, including budgeting, scheduling, labor allocation, equipment usage, material procurement, and ensuring workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Liaising with clients, owners, consultants, contractors, and on-site team members to ensure project success.
  2. Coordinating and reviewing monthly billings and contract changes.
Requirements for Success:
  • Mechanical Engineering or Construction degree, or equivalent technical training and experience.
  • A minimum of six years' experience in senior-level projects, preferably in the GTA area.
  • Demonstrated success on large-scale, complex projects with expertise in relevant construction laws and building codes.
  • Experience working as a Mechanical Contractor.
Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of $100-120K per annum, accompanied by two weeks of vacation time and one week of paid Christmas leave. Additional benefits include opportunities for career growth and professional development within Agilus Work Solutions.
