About the Role

Momentum Financial Services Group is a leading provider of financial services in North America, with a strong presence through its retail network of over 400 locations. As the Senior Director of Analytics, you will lead a team of analytic professionals to uncover business value and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various financial service domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and curate new tools, techniques, and data sources to drive business insights
  • Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Foster a test & learn culture with the team and business partners
  • Mentor, manage, and motivate a highly educated team of analytic professionals
Requirements
  • Expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python, SAS, R, or other analytic programming languages
  • Experience in the design of experiments, statistical analysis, and business analytics
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
