We seek a seasoned professional with a strong blend of business consulting skills and data analytics background to partner with client leaders and drive analytics-driven transformation in the Retail domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client leaders to develop and implement analytics strategies
  • Engage with Brand and Functional leaders to understand business needs and opportunities
  • Develop and communicate insights and recommendations to executive audiences
  • Guide analytics teams on key business considerations and solution design

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics or a related field, with a preference for Retail or Specialty retail background
  • Proven experience in engaging and making recommendations to executive audiences
  • Strong insight synthesis, financial modeling, and presentation skills
  • Proven expertise in simplifying analytics for business audiences
  • Background in driving diverse analytical initiatives
  • Strong E-commerce and/or Customer analytics experience preferred
  • Prior hands-on experience working with data
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Prior exposure to model development is preferred
