About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Line Technician to join our team at Pharmascience. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines, maintaining equipment, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute line equipment dismantling and set-ups, ensuring the integrity of parts and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Responsible for completing parameter sheets, updating them as required, and ensuring that production lines meet set deadlines.
  • Participate in component and bulk replenishment, supporting the proper operation of production lines and putting products into cases as needed.
  • Document and explain downtime causes, execute tests during production, and maintain accurate records.
  • Carry out cleaning of parts, equipment, and premises, adhering to established procedures and sequences.
  • Identify, suggest, and participate in implementing solutions to improve line efficiency, and participate in the line purge process.
  • Complete work orders or repair orders, follow up on their execution, and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Good mechanical knowledge and self-reliance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting set standard times based on quality standards.
  • Good team spirit, communication skills, and ability to participate in various analyses and suggest corrective or improvement measures.
  • Must be able to wear individual protection equipment and work in a standing position.
  • Ability to operate a barrel-lifter, electric and/or manual pallet truck, and handle loads up to 20 kg.
