Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at GameStop. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Assist the Store Manager in supervising and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Merchandise and Services: Work with the Store Manager to determine the merchandise and services to be sold in the store, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Assist the Store Manager in determining staffing requirements and scheduling sales associates to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our store.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: Bilingual.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
