Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at Boulangerie Première Moisson. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in store operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, and contributing to the success of our bakery.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in store operations, including purchasing, inventory management, cashiering, and cost management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by staff, advising and serving customers with a smile.
- Participate in personnel management, including hiring, training, evaluation, supervision, and work schedules.
- Collaborate in purchasing, inventory management, and store equipment maintenance.
- Ensure staff compliance with product marketing, quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards set by Première Moisson.
- Ensure staff adherence to health and safety standards.
- General knowledge of retail food store or restaurant operations (minimum 2 years' experience in these fields an asset).
- Relevant knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, and human resources management.
- French spoken and written - Mandatory.
- Spoken English is an asset.
- Organized, dynamic leader, focused on customer satisfaction, results, and teamwork.
