* Assist the Store Manager in store operations, including purchasing, inventory management, cashiering, and cost management.
* Ensure outstanding customer service by staff, advising and serving customers as needed.
* Participate in personnel management, including hiring, training, evaluation, supervision, and work schedules.
* Collaborate in purchasing, inventory management, and store equipment maintenance.
* Ensure staff compliance with product marketing, quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards set by Boulangerie Première Moisson.
* Ensure that staff comply with health and safety standards.
Requirements:
* General knowledge of retail food store or restaurant operations (minimum 2 years' experience in these fields an asset).
* Relevant knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, and human resources management.
* French spoken and written - Mandatory.
* Spoken English is an asset.
* Organized, dynamic leader, focused on customer satisfaction, results, and teamwork.
* Autonomy.
