About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Services Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Professional Services team and driving the delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Professional Services engineers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers and partners.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree or 2-year technical diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • 2+ years of experience leading SaaS consulting/professional services/implementation management.
  • Experience developing custom integrations and customizations in a customer-facing role.
  • 5+ years of programming experience (.NET Languages, MVC, JavaScript, JSON, and AJAX).
  • Integration experience through APIs (RESTful and JSON-based primarily).
  • Microsoft SQL Database and Server experience.
  • An understanding of how to attribute business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables.
  • Technical program or project management experience, including account, stakeholder, and resource management accountability.
  • Experience with CRM technology would be a definite asset.
  • Direct experience with project management fundamentals; current or in-process PMP or other equivalent certification would be an asset, though not required.
  • Experience with people leadership, mentorship, and coaching.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience successfully delivering presentations and managing meetings.
  • Ability to handle various projects simultaneously; adapts quickly and easily while managing competing priorities.
  • Outstanding customer-facing skills with a history of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Takes the initiative and ownership – proactive, results-oriented, with a can-do attitude in meeting critical deadlines.
  • Technical acumen with experience adopting and leveraging various tools and software; experience with tools like Mavenlink, Confluence, HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk would be a definite asset.
