Drive Strategic Customer Growth as a Senior Account Executive

Job Summary:
Hitachi Energy Canada Inc. is seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Manager to lead the growth of our strategic utility accounts in British Columbia. As a key member of our Utilities Account Management Team, you will be responsible for managing all sales and customer stewardship activities within your assigned accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and facilitate relationships with strategic customers at all levels within Hitachi Energy and the customer's organization
- Apply business acumen to understand customer business drivers, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Act as a focal point for problem resolution and initiate the Customer Complaint Resolution Process
- Monitor and maintain awareness of key Hitachi Energy issues within assigned strategic customers
- Create and execute customer strategic account plans, including executive relationship strategy, prioritizing opportunities, closing product gaps, and driving sales growth
- Achieve annual budget targets and grow Hitachi Energy market share within strategic accounts
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline for monthly/quarterly forecasting in Salesforce.com
- Lead the development of tactical plans to ensure a winning bid, utilizing the Hitachi Energy Capture Team Selling process
- Provide regular reports, briefings, and reviews as required using agreed processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of related account management experience
- Proven technical background, such as a Business and/or Engineering degree and/or Technician or Technologist diploma
- Proven effective communicator and facilitator
- Proven track record of target achievement
