Fraser Health is seeking an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Facilitator to join our team. The successful candidate will participate in the development of a Fraser Health-wide EDI education plan and lead the facilitation of EDI trainings.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver workshops and training programs on EDI
* Collaborate with leaders across the system to ensure staff development and participation in education initiatives
* Work with the Indigenous Cultural Safety Team and other partners to provide customized leadership support
* Facilitate dialogue and manage conflict in emotionally-charged and cross-racial dynamics
* Develop resource materials and provide coaching and mentoring to staff

Requirements:

* Bachelor\u2019s degree in Adult Learning or related field
* 3-5 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, training, and conflict resolution
* Familiarity with Universal Design Principles, GBA, Trauma and Resilience Informed Practice, and Cultural Safety and Humility

Competencies:

* Demonstrates leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework
* Ability to communicate complex information and assess conflict in cross-cultural environments
* Ability to design and implement curriculum and learning strategies based on adult learning principles
