About the Role

Mainstreet Equity Corp is seeking a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert pest control services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Assess: Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and outside areas to detect signs of pest infestation.
  • Provide Estimates: Offer detailed estimates of costs for pest control services.
  • Treatment and Removal: Determine the type of treatment required and implement effective solutions to eliminate pests.
  • Client Education: Advise clients on how to prevent pest infestation and provide guidance on maintaining a pest-free environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of treatments, inspections, and client interactions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in pest control or a related field.
  • Certifications: Provincial Pesticide Applicator Licence.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 32-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
