- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of items received and delivered, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Load and Unload Goods: Safely load and unload goods from vehicles, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Transportation Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in transportation or a related field.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
