Airport Security Supervisor Role

A.S.P. Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Airport Security Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our security operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective supervision and support to assigned client locations.
  • Prepare and inspect officer reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate and document incidents, complaints, and deficiencies that affect service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections of posts and coordinate break relief functions.
  • Ensure all guards are properly equipped and trained to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
  • Compile and submit daily summary reports to the Service Delivery Manager.
  • Test site guards on their knowledge of post and general orders.
  • Maintain control of issued equipment and communicate instructions from Head Office to security staff.
  • Train new officers and share performance feedback with the Operations Manager.
  • Make recommendations for improvement to enhance service delivery.
  • Assist Patrol Supervisors with break relief functions and ensure GTA incident reports are submitted promptly.
  • Coordinate weekly silent alarm testing with the Service Delivery Manager.
  • Perform emergency response duties under the Emergency Response Manual.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School diploma or Grade 12 education.
  • Minimum of two years of employment with A.S.P. incorporated or five years of security supervisory experience.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
  • Knowledge of Access Control, Alarm, CCTV systems, Criminal Code of Canada, and Private Investigators and Security Guards Act.
  • Valid Security license, Ontario Drivers License (G or Higher) with a clean driving abstract, and Basic First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work nights, weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
